Abstract

While dealing with major pathologies like in our case, most physicians are oftenfamiliar with typical features of disease but are not able to recognize theoccasional atypical presentation of disease resulting in patient being underdiagnosed or late diagnosed.We present a case of 25 year old gentleman who initially presented withcomplains of 2 episodes of blood in vomiting and diagnosis of trilogy of Fallot wasmade due to evidence of typical findings on Trans oesophagealEchocardiography with possible secondarily involved liver.
